A Fresh Perspective in Houston

At Forbes Hever & Wallace, we pride ourselves on bringing together a team that balances experience with fresh thinking. That’s why we’re excited to officially welcome Eddie Sigh as our new Sales Representative in Houston.

Eddie comes to us with a strong foundation in foodservice, having served as a Regional Manager for Ace Mart Restaurant Supply. With years of dealer experience under his belt, Eddie brings valuable insights into what operators need and how manufacturers can better support them.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I’m a movie buff and love staying active. But I also really enjoy karaoke—even if I’m not the best singer!”

What’s your go-to cuisine?

“Tex-Mex and BBQ all day. I’ll never turn it down.”

If you could instantly master any skill, what would it be?

“Fluency in Spanish. It would help me connect with even more people in our industry.”

Eddie might be all business when it comes to sales—but don’t be surprised if he grabs the mic at your next team karaoke night.

What’s Next for Eddie at FHW?

In the months ahead, Eddie is focused on diving deep into our brands and building a strong presence across the Houston market. With his dealer-side experience and natural curiosity, he’s already hit the ground running.

And like many of us at FHW, Eddie is a lifelong learner.

“I want to know the story behind each operator. The more I understand their pain points and processes, the better equipped I’ll be to connect them with the right solution from our portfolio.”
