My goal is to simply be present—planning for success is key, but it’s also important to savor the moments around you,” she said.

Paola Martinez highlights how FH&W’s ownership listens to feedback and always ensures support. “The team has your back, and there’s a great sense of humor here. I feel comfortable asking questions, which makes me feel valued every day,” she said.

Cheryl enjoys the evolving nature of her role, saying, “I love the challenges of my job and the people I work with. I’m looking forward to new challenges in 2025!”
Valerie, who appreciates the variety in her role, loves that every day brings something new. “Not two days are the same, and there’s always something new to learn. I’m looking forward to NAFEM in person training and continuing to expand our market share with the brands we represent,” she said.

I’ve felt like a part of the team from day one,” she said. She’s looking forward to growing with the company in the years ahead.
For Karey, who has been with FH&W for a long time, the connection is even deeper. “I love watching our team grow and seeing how they support one another,” she shared. “We genuinely encourage each other and work together as one cohesive unit. I can’t imagine being anywhere else.”
